Ijospe pointed out that after four weeks, the subjects experienced a shocking change, and 90% of people said they had lowered their appetites, which they also said they became more energetic. She said that this method has a positive impact on sleep, hormones, skin, mood, and diabetes. She emphasized that she should not change other dietary habits, and does not need to deliberately quit sugar, quit drinking, or eat noodle noodles. As long as she changes her dietary habits for breakfast, she ensures that her blood sugar will not rise rapidly, which will lead to physical fatigue.
