Jiaduo, a veteran enterprise with a history of 125 years, has established a thermal management business department in recent years to target the hot demand brought by the rapid growth of AI data centers, and make good use of its century-old resources to quickly enter the hot AI server supply chain and become an AI hot dissipation expert.

Computer players are definitely familiar with heat dissipation. The stronger the hardware, the more powerful the performance, they usually need more and stronger fans or water cooling devices to move forward with all their strength. This is true for personal hosts with a power of less than 1kW. So how should AI data centers with hundreds of kW be dealt with and dissipate?

The current stage data center still uses wind cooling as its main solution, but in the face of rapidly increasing power, many manufacturers have begun to study Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC), which takes away the heat generated by the GPU through the cooling liquid inside the pipe line. Although the basic concept is the same as that of personal computers, because the heat energy is larger than that, the data center usually needs to be equipped with a cooler plate, a dispenser and an external "primary side" system to reduce the temperature of the coolant.

When major enterprises around the world are accelerating the establishment of high-power data centers, the demand for cooling liquid naturally increased significantly. Jialiduo smelled this opportunity and established a thermal management department a year and a half ago to specialize in data centers and energy storage systems to dissipate heat. "It took us less than a year to open 8 new production lines in major markets around the world, including the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Transportation centers in various regions are also available at any time. Taiwan alone has millions of liters of chilled liquid on standby." Huang Jiantang, president of the Department of Chia Duothermal Management, pointed out that although Taiwan does not have a giant data center, it is closely linked to the NVIDIA certification mechanism, which is already one of the most important cores of the global AI supply chain.

Although Jialiduo has always been an oil expert, it has also cultivated a large number of liquid chemistry experts. Not only can they produce PG-25 coolant that meets NVIDIA specifications. Now they have further cooperated with supplier chain manufacturers in technical cooperation to provide complete heat dissipation solution services, from pipeline design, field planning, maintenance and maintenance to waste liquid recycling. Jialiduo can provide consultation suggestions. Although we have started cooperation with several Taiwanese manufacturers, only Tech Steel (Gigabyte subsidiary) and Jinhua (Guangdong subsidiary) are announced at this stage under the terms of confidentiality.

Interestingly, Jialiduo, which used to swim the car in lubricant, has begun to study the "immersion-free" cooling solution for soaking the tank in the refrigeration oil. Currently, a set of immersion-free cooling data centers have been introduced in Australia and the UK.

If AI is said to be a gold rush, and NVIDIA is responsible for selling gold rush tools, Jialiduo provides water for washing mines on the side. No one can guarantee who can dig the most gold, but Jialiduo can definitely sell a lot of water.
