According to Marca, two days after the league ended, Osasuna once again filed a complaint with the Sports Administrative Tribunal (TAD) for Inigo Martinez's possible violation of the game.

Previous refusals by the Competition Committee and the Appeals Committee did not stop Osasuna, and they remained confident that they could obtain justice and take appropriate measures. These decisions will not affect Barcelona's championship status in the league, but may change Osasuna's ranking because if 3 points are added, their final points will reach 55 points. Therefore, the team's actual ranking will be eighth, thus qualifying for participating in the European Union next season.

Regarding the basis of the complaint, Osasuna believes that Barcelona's withdrawal of players is unusual, there are differences with the way of conduct, and doubts the status of the central defender. In addition, there are issues with knee injuries mentioned in the brief medical report and the possible lack of supporting documents approved by the Spanish Football Association, which explains the FIFA regulations that injured players cannot participate in the game during the five-day suspension period. This time it was only four days, which sparked Osasuna's doubts.

Even if rejected again, Osasuna would not give up because they had full confidence in the matter. Therefore, they are ready to go all out and even resort to the common court if necessary to obtain a judgment that may lead Osasuna into the European arena.
